BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 4

A resolution changing the 2009 budget of the Town of Fulton, Wisconsin, adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the TOWN BOARD.

BE IT RESOLVED by the TOWN BOARD of the Town of Fulton as follows:

That the sum of $58,534.00 is hereby increased for Paddock-Rockdale Transmission Line Annual Impact Fee revenue account 40020 for 2009.

That the sum of $58,534.00 is hereby increased for Road Maintenance expenditure account 53311, which is deposited into the State Pool – Road Savings account until the road work has been completed and billed.

Adopted this 12th day of May, 2009 by a vote of 5 for and 0 against.
