BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 3

A resolution changing the 2009 budget of the Town of Fulton, Wisconsin, adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the entire membership of the TOWN BOARD.

BE IT RESOLVED by the TOWN BOARD of the Town of Fulton as follows:

That the sum of $123,385.15 is hereby increased for FEMA Disaster Clean Up Funds revenue account 42100 for 2009.

That the sum of $22,088.20 is hereby increased for Flooding Expenses expenditure account 54210 and,

That the sum of $72,640.79 is hereby increased for Road Maintenance expenditure account 53311 and,

That the sum of $28,656.16 is hereby increased for Cash Reserves expenditure account 53000, which is deposited back into the State Pool – General Savings account.

Adopted this 14th day of April, 2009 by a vote of 5 for and 0 against.
