PUBLIC HEARING

2738 W. Fulton Center Drive, Edgerton
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Fulton Hall, 2738 W Fulton Center Dr., Edgerton, WI beginning at 6:00 pm to consider a zoning change application and a conditional use application from Georg Beckler & Renee Kalvestrand, for 6-6-70.2, property address of 10412 N Dallman Rd., Edgerton WI, in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Sec. 8 in the Town of Fulton to rezone to R-R and to allow for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation. The current zoning for this parcel is A-1 (Agricultural). Any person interested and/or affected by this change will be given a chance to express their opinion at this time. The Town Board will hold a joint meeting with the Planning and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m. Following the recommendation by the Planning & Zoning Committee the Town Board will take action on this request.
