February 18, 2010 Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit for Becker

PUBLIC HEARING

2738 W. Fulton Center Drive, Edgerton
The Town has received an application for a for a conditional use permit pursuant to Sec. (C) (9) of A-1 Agricultural District of the Town of Fulton Zoning Ordinance, for a 4.7 acre parcel in the NW ¼, S W¼ of Sec. 25 of Fulton Township from William D. Becker, 7300 Block N. Kidder Rd., Edgerton, WI. He would like to have an additional farm dwellings for the owner actually engaged in the principal permitted use. This matter will be considered by the Town of Fulton Planning and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, Mar. 9th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m.
