Request for Proposals for Road Names Sign Replacement
Scope of Work: Full replacement of road name signs which includes all necessary coordination with the town requests all old signs returned, and will provide an area to store them.
The bid must contain:
Price for road sign(s) 9 Double face road signs, 3M HIP Sheeting, 9 high, .125 thick plate per name, 6 message.
Price for 2 3/8 O.D. galvanized pipe with welded steel anchor plate .095 wall thickness for both 10.5, and 12
Full installation service
Proof of Insurance
Any additional charges
Additional Information:
Town of Fulton has a total of 63 miles of road.
Invoicing needs to be turned into the Fulton Town Hall office within 30 days of completion of project.
Company hired will contact local utility companies to have each site marked for buried services and complete installation of the new sign.
A spreadsheet of the road name signs is available upon request to the Clerk/Treasurer.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any technicality, or accept any proposal which it deems advantageous.
