The Town has received an application for an addendum to existing conditional use permit pursuant to Sec. (C) (3)  and Sec. (C) (4) of A-1 Agricultural District of the Town of Fulton Zoning Ordinance, for a (+/-) 209 acre parcel in the SE ¼, SW ¼ of Sec. 18, and NE ¼, NW ¼ of Sec. 19 of Fulton Township from Andy & Judy Walton, 6001 W CTH M, Edgerton, WI.  They would like to continue operating under existing conditional use permit for a hunting preserve on multiple contiguous parcels of the identical size and shape as the current conditional use permit, and under the same conditions with the addition of permitting the boarding of dogs for dog training purposes.  This matter will be considered by the Town of Fulton Planning and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, Dec. 13^th, 2011 @ 6:00 p.m.
