Public Budget Work Session
Tuesday, October 6, 2009 @ 6:00 pm
Fulton Town Hall, 2738 W. Fulton Center Dr.
Minutes
1.Call to Order: The budget work session was called to order at 6:00 pm by Supervisor Hull. Present were Hull, Farrington, Veitch, Brown, and Clerk Zimmerman.
2.Confirmation of the meeting notice: Zimmerman confirmed the notice was posted at 3 public places on 9/28/09 and published in the Edgerton Reporter on 9/30/09.
3.Work session for 2010 budget: The board discussed amounts for the 2010 Town budget. Motion (Veitch, Farrington) to use this draft “draft 2” as the budget to present to the citizens at the public hearing. Carried. The board discussed amounts for the 2010 FSD#2 budget. Motion (Brown, Farrington) to use this draft “draft 1” as the budget to present to the citizens at the public hearing. Carried.
4.Adjourn: Motion (Farrington, Brown) to adjourn at 7:00 pm. Motion carried.
