1. Dial 800-272-9829
2. Select Option 3.
3. Enter your Jurisdiction Code, 6796.
4. Follow the messages, inputting data where necessary.
5. Enter Card Information.
6. Wait for a confirmation number.

NOTE:  There is a small convenience fee charged to you for using this service.  The fee is based on the amount of the payment.
