A meeting of the Koshkonong Sanitary District No. 2, Town of Fulton will be held at 5:30 p.m. on December 17, 2009, at the offices of the Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District, 328 E. Ellendale Road, Edgerton, Wisconsin 53534. The following matters will be considered and acted upon at the meeting:

2.Resolution Amending the Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District Operating Agreement
3.Resolution Authorizing Entry into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement Relating to the Wisconsin Rural Water Construction Loan Program
4.Resolution Authorizing and Approving Loan Agreement with the Wisconsin Rural Water Construction Loan Program Commission and Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $1,416,000 Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2009 (Sewer System)
5.Resolution Adopting Addendum No. 2 to the Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District Operating Agreement (Regarding Albion Sanitary District No. 4’s Joining the Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District)
6.Adjournment
