Code of Ordinances are available for public viewing at the Fulton Town Hall during regular office hours.

Billing Statements are mailed out on a quarterly basis.

If you are in the Fulton Water Utility District and move or sell your house you MUST contact the Town Hall to advise us of the change.

REVALUATION
 INFORMATION
  
Accurate Appraisal, the Town of Fulton's contracted assessor, will be performing a total revaluation of all residential and commercial properties in the Town this spring/summer.  Post cards will be mailed out in April, 2008 to all property owners.  Assessors will begin field work in June of 2008.

Located just 8 miles north of the City of Janesville and just 30 minutes south of the City of Madison, the Town of Fulton is a rapidly growing community of 3,259 residents. The Town of Fulton consist of rural land, farming and urbanized subdivisions. Recreational opportunities are endless with access to both the Rock River and Lake Koshkonong.

The Town has developed this site as a public service for use by our citizens and those who desire information on our town's services, government, business and community. We hope this website will answer questions you may have about our town and its happenings.

Rock County or any Wisconsin residents affected by the storms, even if their counties have not been declared, can call FEMA's toll-free helpline at:  1-800-621-3362 (FEMA) or register online at www.fema.gov


 
Residents seeking assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency have through Sept. 15th to fill out applications and obtain information on federal and state disaster aid programs.

SANDBAG DISPOSAL INFO
The following locations will be open to accept sandbags as of July 9, 2008
**Rock County Highway Garage at the northeast corner of Sherman Rd., and State Highway 59 west of the Interstate 90/39 overpass and
** Indianford County Park (east of the Rock River only) at the intersection of County Roads F & M.

Signs will be erected at each site designating the drop-off locations.  Users are asked to stack the discarded bags as much as possible to help assure that as many bags can be deposited as possible.  These sites will not be staffed continuously, so cooperating on stacking the bags is essential.  These sites will be open to accept sand and sandbags ONLY through August 18, 2008.

You can look up your tax bills on line at the Rock Co. Treasurers website.  You can pay your taxes at the Rock Co. Court House even if you do not have your bill.  Payments are to be made at the Rock County Court House.  No payments are taken at the Fulton Town Hall.  Payment Option

Transient Merchants, Direct Sellers or Charitable Solicitors are required to obtain a permit to engage in     direct sales or solicitation activities within the Town of Fulton without obtaining a permit for that purpose from the Town Clerk.  (Application forms are available at the Town Hall or click on the Forms button on the left side of this page to download the form.)
